Webquests

WebQuests are a way to make the learning process student-centered.  The teacher provides the guidelines for the process of how to find information, and the students are responsible for using teacher approved resources to search for and analyze that information.  WebQuests are a good alternative to direct instruction, and passive learning by students.  By providing a WebQuest for the students, a teacher can focus their time on interaction with the students and providing individualized feedback, instead of standing in front of a class and delivering a lecture.
